Exchange & Return Policy

Returns are accepted on all full priced items (not sale items) sold through the Edward & Eve website. The item to be returned must be in its original condition with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging.  Items can only be returned within 14 days of arrival at the purchaser’s destination.

All refunds will be credited via the method used to pay for the original item.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and receipt with the return sheet stating the style, size, and colour you require. You can print the Exchange/Return Request Form here.

The original order must be returned before the exchanged item will be processed and dispatched.

In the event the exchange item requested is no longer available, a refund will be processed for the full amount of the original item within 14 working days of the confirmation and acceptance of the refund from Edward & Eve. The shipping cost will not be credited.

Refunds on shipping costs only apply on faulty goods.

    Sale Items
    We do not offer exchange or refunds on Sale items. Please choose carefully when buying Sale items. 

    Faulty Goods
    On the rare occasion a faulty item is missed by our quality control process, please return the item within 14 days of receiving it and we will replace or exchange the item depending on your wishes.

    When returning items, ensure you obtain a Tracking Number in case the items go missing in transit.
    No return items will be processed without the completed Exchange/Return Request Form which is to accompany the items being returned.
